How do I create a support ticket for my problem or suggestion or issue?
Creating a new ticket on SiteAid is easy. Simply click the "Start a Discussion" option to create your ticket. Or, you can even just shoot us an email and it will automagically create a ticket for you. To do that simply send your email to one of the following addresses (depending upon the type of ticket you're wanting to create)
- Trouble Ticket: trouble@siteaid.info
- Questions: questions@siteaid.info
- Feedback/Suggestions: feedback@siteaid.info
