Blog Date - The blog dates aren't consistent between the Blog Teaser Page (01.07.2009) and the individual Blog Posts (JUL.01.2009).

Blog RSS - Is there a way we can move the RSS logo to the top of column? I tried in the sidebar setup area but it's not actually moving it to the top?

Blog Tag Filter - If you click on a tag (Archives by Category), there appears to be some CSS issues ...

Blog Sidebar - Is there anyway to keep the sidebar settings the same between the 4 blog views (teaser, month filter, tag filter, individual blog)?

What else do you do widget - I made this widget and it works correctly on the Company page and Contact page but there seems to be a CSS issue on the blog page ... there are two lines under the title. This happens on both www.editionduo.com and expressproof-com.webgearapp.com

Quotes Widget - One of the quotes doesn't have the line appear at the bottom. Any thoughts?

Monthly Archive Filter - This isn't working at all.

DMGATLANTA blog has some different issues:

1 Entry image does not show

2 Sidebar CSS is messed up

3 Blog Teaser Page is showing complete blog entry and not just the beginning and "Read More" text

4 Back end of webgear is not displaying correctly when you select "Edit Blog Entry"

For now, we've turned the Blog Feature off on DMGATLANTA since it doesn't work

Thanks for tackling some of these on the DMG site. Two questions:

1 How do I get the blog "Teaser" strip on the homepage again?

2 I can't seem to get the DISQUS commenting system to appear. Any thoughts?

Regarding disqus, it appears you've got your full domain in there as your disqus domain. That field is sort of confusing - what's referred to as your "domain" by there is what they refer to as your "shortname" in disqus. If you login to your disqus account and select the site and click the installation instructions link you can then click on drupal and it will show you what your shortname is. Make sure you've got your shortname used in the disqus settings on your site then and see if that fixes it.

I've got the blog ticker back on the homepage now - I'm making a case to address the issue and make it so that it's there automagically when the blog feature is in use.

But none of the EditionDuo blog fixes have been made?

Oh - sorry. I'm assigning this to James now as I need to find out what's involved in upgrading the blog feature to the latest to fix these issues. Since we've done all that custom work on EditionDuo that complicates things a bit. Sorry about that - this was an oversight as I was mistaking it for fixes we had done on the DMG site.

I think the issue here is that the editionduo blog feature was so customized for that site and now we have some concern about what will happen if we simply upgrade it to the latest version of the webgear blog feature. If we would schedule to do this for say one friday this month could you perhaps be prepared to fix any funkiness with content over the weekend Josh? I'm concerned that we may lose some entry images or something like that in the upgrade process so I'd want to do it at a time when you could get in there and replace them and get everything looking copacetic again.

Absolutely. Just let me know which Friday and I'll plan on working with the content over the weekend. THX

k - I'm creating a case for James and we'll schedule this and let you know. We'll keep our fingers crossed that an upgrade won't make too much get funky. I know the blog and the gallery on that site were tweaked a lot for that site, so upgrading it to the latest will likely cause some funkiness at least with those two areas.

Ok - we've got it on our calendar. We're going to be upgrading the editionduo site on Fri Friday April 9th and will notify you when we're doing it :)
